I just purchased a warranty for my Xterra. Mandy and Dave were helpful and polite. I look forward to receiving the policy and going over it with a dealership near me, to see if they would recommend the extended warranty, and if they have had positive experiences with the company. I imagine there are a lot more bad reviews than good on BBB, especially about aftermarket auto warranty companies, so I'm going to leave a good one. My 2016 Altima had an inconsistent transmission judder that I knew would cause more trouble over time. I took it in to a Nissan dealership who said they would check it free of charge and they accepted my CarChex warranty card just in case. Well I haven't had any problems so far with my truck to test out my warranty yet. However Jae W******* is my rep and she is absolutely AMAZING! If I wasn't sold before hand she did it for me! She literally took time and explained every single detail with me. I strongly recommend if you do choose Carchex then ask for her! It was such a pleasure dealing with her.
