I just signed up with this company and they were very professional and polite. I don't know what their service would be like and hope to never need it. I am aware of the negative comments but know the company's side is not stated,- so don't know how legitimate they are.
Very Informative and efficient. Obtained warranty for 2017 Escape with 150k. Hopefully won’t need warranty use, but if so, I’m hoping they live up to expectations.

I've already had an exciting policy for about a year and I called to inquire about some services rather it was covered under my current policy. I was then informed that the policy I had was an old policy and they have a new policy that would benefit me even more. So after listening to the terms and conditions and what was covered and what was not, I decided to purchase the newer policy which was just a few dollars more than what the old policy was. I was really nervous about filing a claim and being on the hook for so much in repair cost if the money wasn't paid as authorized. I am happy to report that my claim was authorized and paid in a timely manner. My only complaint was that they wanted to save money by buying an remanufactured torque converter(which I knew was stated to be a possibility in my contract).
