I was considering getting a second-hand car and called Carchex for a warranty quote. I did this apprehensively because I've heard about the horror stories of high-pressure sales, never-ending phone calls, and so on. I withheld my number and gave them a call. The process to buy this extended warranty went fine and the representative gave me a better deal and discount compared to a dealership price. Also didn't feel pressured to buy it and the very friendly service too. I recommend that you check Carchex out if you are in the market for an extended warranty.

I contacted four warranty companies for a quote. Carchex had what I was wanting in terms of duration of contract, items covered and price. This is my second Carchex contact purchase this year and my representative was knowledgeable and personable. No pressure sales, no crazy discount deadlines or other tactics. I read the contract and he answered my questions. I will buy from them again and I will want to deal with my representative. I like the idea that I will have the same representative for the life of my contract.

I was reviewing different warranties and Shawn T***** from Carchez help explain the best coverage for my vehicle. I was about to purchase the warranty but my spouse and I decided against it. It was more about us feeling that the vehicle really didn't need the warranty being how I car for the vehicle better than my fog, lol! I had an excellent experience with Carchex as a customer. They were very fast to respond to my initial inquiry. Ms. Melinda T******, the agent, who reached out to me, was very patient, diligent, fast collecting data and resourceful. She expressed understanding of my circumstances and explored different options to accommodate me. She followed up with me promptly, but without making me feel pressured. I had a great experience with Carchex. The salesman Omar was very thorough when it came to explaining the coverage of the warranty. Great customer service. He even made sure that I understood all of the procedures. I originally checked with other warranty brands, but Carchex appears to be the best for me. I will be referring friends over to this company for warranties.
