Both Sean and DeShea were great to work with. Although it took me over a month to finally sign a contract, Sean quickly pulled my original quote and honored what I was first quoted. I have used Carchex before and although I did talk to other car warranty companies, Carchex still have the best coverage (titanium package). Thank you Sean!!!
Devon was thorough and a pleasure to work with. He knew his product and left nothing to guesswork. The product waiting period was too long for senior citizens, but that wasn't his fault. Good vibes so far.
After reviewing the CARCHEX BBB report, we called for extended warranty policy information. Jeff H was very knowledgeable and helpful. He answered all questions that we asked. He gave us a great deal of information and a great rate. We also liked the fact that the company has been in business for 23 years. If we ever have a claim with them, we will rate how they handle it. Frank was great to work with. The process is very easy. I haven't had to have my car serviced yet but I hope my warranty covers as well as my contract says! I will repost after I've had some experience.
I can comment only on a sales person during my purchase of the Extended Warranty : Alex was very knowledgable and helpful. He offered me a reasonable price. The transaction was quick and easy.
Good product, price is right easy and pleasant to deal with.
I have not used this warranty yet, however, I can review the customer service both James and Eric made me feel comfortable about my purchase. I didn't feel pressured, all my questions were answered. I feel I got a great deal.

The sales person was very knowledgeable about the services and benefits of buying car protection. The quoted price was in range of other coverage I had checked on. Having a monthly payment plan worked into my budget instead of one large down payment. The many covered parts of the engine, ac, trans, electrical.
