Stay far away from this company …. REPEAT far away .. I signed up for the powertrain plus coverage. My first claim was denied quoting pre-existing problem. They are scammers And then when I told him I want to cancel my subscription so I need the rest of my money that was not used for me signing up for the next month and they told me no refund even though I did not use their service that month… plz don’t waste ur money if it sounds too good to be true, then that mean it is
They deceive people. First, they always find excuses to avoid paying for car repairs. If you close a contract, you do not receive all the money paid for this contract. They deceive people.
Avoid signing up for any plan. The company won't pay for a covered repair in the plan that the agent setup for me. Instead enrolled me in a lower plan that didn't cover this repair. Avoid this business at all costs. Even after sent my paperwork to a supervisor they doubted the business would pay for their mistake.
They keep sending me annoying emails saying my bill is past due. Im completely offended. I have never missed a payment. Before this problem gets any worse, I will be switching to another company immediately.
This is a scam. We paid for this warranty and it would not cover anything. We could not find a company that would take it. We canceled the warranty but they wouldn't give our money back. I give Carchex no stars. They ripped us off.
Do not use this company they will never pay for the claim that you submit.
I have used this company for over a year. When I was ready to cancel they still charged me and I had to call back to complain. They finally stopped charging me but never refunded my money. They have 0 customer service. They offer no solutions.
HORRIBLE !!!! Scam Artists. Didn't want to pay. I had car serviced in December 2023 due to hearing squealing, Mechanic diagnosed and found bad alternator, in which I paid for @$1200.00. BUT FOUND NO OTHER ISSUES. No where on the invoice does it say they found anything else, no where. The sales people lie to us about what is covered in the first place. I got mailed a huge booklet with my warranty info supposedly in it, but when I needed to file a claim for repairs, I find out I have another contract online that is different from the one they mailed me. Needless to say, 3/4 of the things aren't covered according to the contract online that I knew nothing about until filing a claim.
