Beware, the A+ rating does not mean anything if you read the complaints they are answered, but not satisfied by the customers complaint., Which I am one. My repairs were covered and cost $1200, they would only pay $500 of it. They also do not cover diagnostic fees. Run!

I bought the best coverage for $4.5K, a year later when I had two legitimate claims for $1300, they were going to pay $300 total... That's just another scam

I entered into a contract with CarChex which is administered by ********************. I was told to get a more expensive commercial use plan which I got. Fast forward to now. I was told suspension was covered and now suddenly it is not. Car Chex used bait and switch tactics to sell me a more expensive policy and when I went to use it, it did not cover me. Easily the most disfunctional customer support/employees/website I have seen from any company ever. The website was continuously giving me an error when I tried to place an order for an insepction yet they still charged my account despite the fact that my order never went through and I never got an order number. I am now trying to fight with carchex employees who are genuinely some of the most unintelligent people on earth, trying to get my money back because they are trying to charge me without providing any services.

I give carchex a big 0 ð??¡ I looked into there policy and paid $130.00 when my policy would start 20 days from 2 days ago . Well I called back after thinking about it and I requested a cancelation. Well that didn't go as planned I got told WHY WHATS WRONG WITH US ....WHY YOU CANT AFFORD IT. NO ONE ELSE IS BETTER I COULDNT GET A WORD IN ENDWISE! THIS COMPANY SELL YOU GREAT HYPE TO GET YOU SIGN UP, BUT WHEN IT COMES TO GETTING TOUR VEHICLE REPAIRED THERE ARE SO MANY TRICKS THAT A CUSTOMER WANT SEE. I PAID MORE OUT OF POCKET TO GET MY TRUCK REPAIRED THAN TO HAVE THIS SCAM FOR A WARRANTY. WAITING ON A ADJUSTER TO CHECK TO SEE IF THEY WOULD PAY FOR THE REPAIR, WAITING TO SEE IF THEY GET PICTURES. I've been trying to contact card checks for days they will not contact back. I am trying to cancel my contract with them. I'm paid up. I've never used their warranty at all for my vehicle. They refuse to contact me in anyway I will have to cancel the check.

I am also getting the same crap from them. Took out an extended warranty from them on a 2017 Ford Expedition. The A/C evaporator is leaking. They want me to have the dealership tear it down to the point of failure at my expense. Then they will send out an adjuster to inspect it and take pictures. I am sure they will discover a reason to not pay my claim. Worst company ever. I would love to know who they pay off to get these companies to say they are the best.
