The sales rep was very friendly as was his manager but if you call to cancel the service agreement because you read the contract and find it unsuitable the attendant is extremely annoying, tells you falsehoods then denies telling you falsehoods once you read him text from the contract. I believe that obnoxious individual is most likely the type of service you get when filing a claim which I will not be doing since I canceled within the 30 day grace period
It was great when I signed up BUT CANCELLING MY TRIAL HAS BEEN HELL! Tasha was awesome when I got signed up. I requested to cancel within 2 weeks because I went with another company. Now I can't get ahold of anyone. Agents call to ask me to pay my bill. When I tell then I want to cancel they send me to an extension that no one answers and after 20 minutes they ask you to leave a message. THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE!

Over priced and the cancelation process is a hassle. When I originally signed up they said the cancelation process would be simple. They required me to send them an email of all the information about my vehicle,my info and the reasoning behind it even though they already have all my vehicle's information and my information,i would stay away from this Company.This is an annoying slimy tactic that they use to prevent paying you back your refund.
Absolute nightmare trying to look cancel my policy with them. They claimed they never pulled money from my account after I showed them a screen shot of my Bank statement. Horrible company. Stay away
This company has sent me through limbo about my vehicle. Repair shop has had my truck for almost 3 weeks awaiting approval. All the paperwork has been submitted and the adjuster was out over a week ago ( excluding weekends. I keep getting the same response when I call in. " it does usually take this long, we are forwarding this matter to a supervisor to speed the process." Needless to say this has happened 3 times. I have the highest plan "Platinum", yet it's like it was for no reason. Very Poor Costumer Service!!!!
Refuse to pay for damaged intake manifold on diesel engine due to carbon deposits. I do not recommend this company to anyone with a diesel engine.
I bought a 2016 Mercedes' Benz convertible Amd specifically bought the extended car Chex warranty to check ver the convertible top. After paying 2 years straight Amd not 1 claim As soon as the convertible top stopped working brought it in amd ultimately adulterous keeping my car hostage for 3 weeks at the dealer awaiting the approval It was denied amd cot me 3,000 dollars. In the fine print it apparently says the convertible top " motor" only is covered Amd this wasn't" directly related to the motor ... unbelievable ..,just ... read more
Horrible!!! My vehicle been in the repair shop since January 18,2022 waiting on this company to approve all paperwork. I been very patient but I'm at the point frustration now. I just want to get this situation resolved, if there anything you'll can do it will be greatly appreciated!
