Horrible customer service. Tried to contact CS for 10 days, multiple times a day. Left messages and got hung up on after waiting on hold for up to 25 minutes. Was initially told 45-60 days for refund. Told to expect refund to me by June 7. Called on June7 and was then told 60 business days, a change from previous that allows them to hold MY money longer. Very Displeased, 1st off the warranty coverages are NOT through this company Carchex, they're just the middle man company that connects you with the insuring coverage from another company. This is not explained during the sale and yea Initial purchase was great of course... however the issues arose when the coverage was actually needed.. Please check out reviews 2.26 stars at this time. I purchased warranty from them. I will be 4 weeks tomorrow and still not fixed. They are very slow. I am working through the dealer. They will not pay the full dealer labor rate. They want to use aftermarket parts not Ford parts. They will not pay for new screws and bolts. They wanted to inspect before the dealer started. My car has been at a repair shop for 4 days waiting for an adjuster from Carchex to approve a repair. It's now Friday, and if he gets there today, they say they have until Tuesday to approve the repair and I can't get a rental until the repair has been approved. Customer service says the adjuster is an independent contractor and not an employee. They just don't care, only wanted to get me off the phone.
I HAVE PURCHASE A CONTRACT WITH THIS CARCHEX AND MY MONTHLY PAYMENT AND HOW MANY PAYMENTS I WILL BE MAKING IS WRONG. FOR 3 DAYS NOW I BEEN TRYING TO GET SOMEONE TO CORRECT THIS AND I KEEP GETTING THE RUN AROUND. Well first of all i thought that the car warranty contract was with Carchex Directly that is a lie. Carchex give your contact to a sub contact administrator and you are at the mercy of the way they handle getting your issue taken care of quote i did not want aftermarket parts. A question i ask the Carchex service person when i got the contact. So when i called Carchex service person i stated i wanted to talk to the manager. I am a current policy holder and as of right now I am experiencing horrible customer service.My vehicle has been at the shop for 7 days now each time I call I get different responses.I have missed a week's worth of work.Carchex did not want to pay the dealership price so they ordered the part from a third party in which no one can provide any type of clarity.I was told the part would be here in 2 days and they couldn't provide a tracking number.I never spoke to an adjuster and just got a claim number on day 7th.This by far t... read more
Canceled policy day after purchase. We spoke to a representative who said no problem. Two months later we are still having automatic payments withdrawaled! They will not speak to us again on the phone, keeping us on hold until their system times out and hangs up! They have changed their name to ******* now so bank won't catch it! Do Not Purchase a plan here!!
