We have recently relocated here from New Hampshire and our four year old mix was in need of a new vet for some shots required to enroll her at a new doggy daycare. She has always had such terrible anxiety, and fear of new people and this move has made her even worse. Regardless, she is our baby and needed to have a check up. I've been taking my senior dog, Chloe here for about a year or so now. Their scheduling is super easy as they are open virtually all hours and the doctors and staff are super friendly. Will definitely keep taking Chloe here.

First of all, let me begin by saying this review is long overdue. And if I could give even more stars, I would. I am the sometimes overly-anxious (probably every vet's nightmare) owner of a three-year old Great Dane who has had a series of issues ranging in complexity since he was a puppy. I needed to take my dog in for an emergency appointment and my regular vet was not able to take her that day. I called Caring Hands and they were able to see my dog right away in the morning. They were efficient, caring, and well priced compared to where I was going before. I believe it is safe to say Caring Hands will be my new regular clinic.

My wife and I have a female Weimaraner, Mia, that we consider our daughter. Mia came from a rescue and we adopted her in 2009. She is exceedingly precious and dear to us. My boyfriend and I took our 12 week old puppy to Caring Hands for a check-up a couple days after we got her. She is a rescue and had a couple of small injuries from wherever she came from that I wanted to get a professional opinion and advice about. I cannot begin to speak highly enough about this place. From the moment I called for an appointment to walking out the door I was given the BEST customer service, and the Veterinarian Dr Snelgrove was very compassionate, sweet and answered all my questions. I was definitely put at ease, because having to take my kitten to the Vet on a Saturday wasn't easy. I even got a follow up phone call to check on my little girl. Thank you Caring Hands! Dr. Snelgrove and the vet tech staff were amazing. They saw me right away, and at every opportunity, provided excellent and thorough care, and made sure to give me a discount as much as possible. I'm happy I found a vet that I can trust with my best friend.

Wonderful! I've been taking my Miniature Schnauzer to Caring Hands for 6 years since she was a puppy. I started at the Glebe location and switched to Alexandria when they opened. My dog has a history of health issues including bladders stones, pancreatitis, heart murmur, growths etc. Dr. Planeta is amazing and really cares about her patients.
