Carol and the team at Waterstone were amazing throughout the entire home buying process. As a first time buyer, understanding the process was extremely daunting. Carol was transparent, supportive, and professional throughout the entire experience. The response time to any questing or concern was amazing. She did an incredible job of expediting the process to help meet our closing goals and handled any glitches along the way. Overall, I wouldn’t change anything about my home buying experience!
