We had an appt time between 8 am-Noon. Paul, our HSP tech, arrived about 9 a.m. Our gas clothes dryer wasn't firing. He knew right away what the problem was. While he was fixing that, I asked him if he fixed washers too? He said 'yes'. I said there's a leak. (It was a second-hand machine but was 'new-to-us'.) I asked if he could take the time, or if I should make another appt for it. Paul said he would take a look.
