I had an issue with my brothers CenterPoint Energy bill in Mn, he had passed away and once I sold his place placed an online request to cancel the service as of the closing date. We had our stove repaired last night by Christian and we were so happy with the service we got! He was very knowledgeable, kind, and very respectful of our appliance not to scratch or bump anything! Had a Home Service Plus appointment scheduled. Received a call when the technician was on the way. Got home and he was already there, but waited for me. He told me what he thought the issue was before here even got in there house. He was spot on and had it fixed in 10 minutes, then went above and beyond to do an inspection. Great job CPE HSP! Could not be happier with them!

Huge came to our home and was very professional, explained everything to me and I could not be happier with how respectful and nice he was. Our problem was bigger than what could be fixed, but having an employee with Integrety who can deliver bad news and show compassion made me instantly like him. The Home Service Plus maintenance program should be avoided in my opinion. When I attempted to schedule a Spring maintenance visit in March, I was told that the soonest available date was in August. I frustratingly booked said date. When that day recently arrived, I received a call at 1:30pm day of (appt. was scheduled for between 8 am-2pm) letting us know that they were running late, and could not give me an ETA. I purchased a furnace from Centerpoint Energy during the winter of 2025 that retailed for close to $24,000.00, before discounts. Upon completion of the install, I noticed that Centerpoint had left the old HVAC filter box and filter in between the installed new furnace and new plenumns/duct sections. When I pulled the furnace filter out it was the dirty furnace filter.
