I've had this service for a few years. This year I really needed it and they came through. My dishwasher was a difficult problem and they came back several times. They were professional, they did an amazing job. No additional costs. The service was exactly what they promised.

During the cold spell during the first week of September, my furnace wasn't working. The first appointment I could get was over three days away so I called the company to see if anything sooner was possible due my age and medical conditions. I attempted to schedule a fall furnace tune up on October 15th. They stated they can schedule me for mid December. What's the point of this service if it takes two months for routine support.

Our service plus plan is poor. When our washing machine gear broke, it took over a month for the service man to fix it. Now our air conditioner is not blowing cold air I sent an online service request Thursday and the soonest they can come is Monday. This timeline might be okay in most cases but our house is in the 80s and we are elderly. I will look into other service plans outside of our current plan.

Our central air conditioning completely quit working. House interior temp maxed-out at 95F (wife and I are 80 yr old). CPE tech sent out several days after they were notified. Parts ordered (fan motor) and a few more days for delivery/install. Central air worked for one day, then quit. Fuse on circuit board in furnace keeps-on failing. How can you complain about an organization that is run by a monopoly thought I would press the easy button yesterday by having certain Home Service Plus come out and replace a water heater. Relatively simple task the group that showed up, took the old water heater out and brought a new water heater in. They appear to have connected the water line in the waterline out in the gas line to the water heater. A young man named Jeff Pickens was at my 95 year old dad's house today to work on a furnace that isnt working properly. We woke up to 62 degrees and falling this morning. Jeff was so kind and patient as my dad is a talker... he checked everything, explained it all clearly to my dad and myself. Jeff was courteous, organized, clean, and most importantly the furnace was working great when he left. Thank you so much Jeff! Job well done and you made an old man happy!

I've been paying for service plus for 25 years, but no longer sure why... Called a week ago to schedule a service for my dryer. We set the appointment for Sunday between 8-12. 12:30 rolls around, and no word/no show, so I call. Turns out they rescheduled my appointment for the next day and didn't bother telling me. No one in the house will be available the entire week, but they didn't bother asking to confirm.
