Worst Experience Ever! We have paid for their total replacement plan for "YEARS" now, only to finally utilize an AC replacement. We had at least 4 visits the past year for service, always able to prolong the life by recharging. At the end of last summer, we had one particular rep, Tou, who was very friendly and helpful condemn the unit, as the leak had gotten worse. I am a very long time Service Plus customer who has been sitting in my UN-AIR-CONDITIONED home for 5 days waiting for Service Plus to complete the repair on my air conditioner. The technician's inability to remove the fan blade from my old air conditioner fan motor has resulted in a 5 day wait for Service Plus to repair my air conditioner. ABSOLUTELY WORST SERVICE EVER!! They came and broke my fridge further than it was before the technician (Matt) assured me that they would have to replace it themselves as it was their doing if it couldnt be fixed. They werent able to fix it.... Have been left for a month with a broken fridge and absolutely no one has tried to fix the situation. I have called every day for around 2 weeks just to be put on hold and told they will "call back" and never do... I would advise to NEVER GET THIS SERVICE!!
Bad service and customer service representatives. Waited for over 12 hours ln multiple days to get my AC repaired and washer (previously). However, they failed to show up on 3 different occasions without any updates or calls. They then rescheduled a service time for a time which doesn't work for my schedule. Once again Home Service Plus has failed in providing service that I pay for month over month. Two months ago, I scheduled the Spring Maintenance service for today. When the tech showed up, he informed me that he could not perform the services because we have a boiler and not a forced air furnace. Apparently it was my fault for not informing them of this, even though they've done service on our boiler in the past. no heat for four days, they did not offer space heaters, changed my appointment and did not tell me from the 24th to the 27th, I have my two sons at home had to go out and purchase space heaters. some rooms have been below 50 some mornings. they seem not to care. service says 24 hours , parts department was closed for the holiday my parts are still being looked for. When I signed up for Home Service Plus, I was confident I had made a good decision. Unfortunately, my first and last experience proved me wrong. Here is my experience. 1) When I notified HSP, online, that my furnace had stopped working and it was 44 degrees in my home, an automated reply told me I could schedule an appointment in 2 days.
