Great as long as you can wait two weeks for AC repair and 10 days for furnace repair. I might freeze to death before they get here!

The people are HORRIBLE!! Since taking over to Total Home Plus (Which we loved and had zero issue with) customer service has TANKED! I've had an open claim with them since JUNE. I called to cancel service and they REFUSE to cancel our service. Since they took over I have had to call more than 1 time per claim to get any one out to our house. This is the cake with MONTHS. They want to reimburse up to X amount which wouldn't not even cover the service I need!! They are crooked!! Telling me that that they are going by the book ... read more

I called Center Point to get signed up for the plan and after signing up I asked to make an appointment. I was told to call back the next day and when I did I was told that pre-existing appliance issues were not covered under the plan and that I had to pay. The rep apologized I was given incorrect information and asked if there was anything else he could help me with and I said yes please cancel my HSP plan.

Difficult time scheduling appt with center ot techs and when you get one they're either late or don't show, without notification.

This is now borderline scam. Appointments take forever and they never seem to have the part. We called about our AC not working, waited days for someone to come and tell us they don't have the part. They ordered it and it took another or two for it to come. Had to call again to schedule another appointment. Luckily we got the same tech the next day. Fast forward a week, then the blower goes out. We call again and are scheduled 4 days out. Tech comes, doesn't have the part, orders it and comes back two days later to install. ... read more

As previously stated by another poster - If I could leave a 0 rating, I would. I have been paying for HSP for 15 months at around $40/month, just made my first service call for my water heater and have been jacked around with making an appointment. Was given an appointment for same day that I scheduled, then rescheduled due to they don't make same day appointments "in my area" on Mondays. Rescheduled to Tuesday, was given window of 8am to 8pm. On a Thurs we scheduled an appt online for the following day with a 12-hour service window to repair our water heater. Tech arrived at 2:15 p.m. was here for less than 10 minutes. Said we needed parts for our water heater which we purchased through them just under 1.5 years ago. The tech said he sees this all the time in new products. He said he ordered the parts and they would arrive yet that evening and I should go online and schedule an appt. for the weekend once the parts arrived. Parts never showed. * 1st time AC tune-up was scheduled for 05.02.2022, at CenterPoint rep's direction. Service window was set @ 8:00AM - 13:00PM. * As obligated, we have paid $73.90 for both March & April. * Service tech was a 'No call, No show' on 05.02.2022. * Concerned, we called in @ approx. 14:47PM. I would give them a zero. I have had 3 appointments where no one shows up. No one calls. When I call to find out what happened I talk to someone in Houston. I live in MN. They reschedule and once again no one shows up. You have to give up a whole damn day and no one shows up. I have the parts for my stove to be fixed waiting here for the service tech otherwise I would cancel my service today. You pay each month and get nothing so don't buy this service. It is worthless.
