Install 4 lights in living roomThere was 13 huge holes cut in my ceiling and wall. I mean the average size hole is 10 in x 4 in. The price to repairs to holes is twice the price I paid for the deal. No professional would have cut up a house like that to install 4 recessed lights. A hole is not a cavity, some over foot long, also last conversation I had with this company, I was told the would review my complaint, and call me back, I'm still waiting

Their response was fine when I went to schedule the appointment. One technician came out to do the work and he took the full two hours to do everything. The job I wanted done they could not do as I wanted it, however.

Well it went ok or fair overall which is why I rated the visit as a C. The set up of the appointment was all done via email and was great which is why I have an 'A' for responsiveness. The electrician was a little late as the appointment was from 8 to 11 and he got there I think at 11:30 or so. I called at 11 and they said he was held up but was on his way (the electrician called shortly after and let me know he was on route which was great). The electrician arrived and began checking the outlets with a three pronged indic... read more

Our security lights in the front of the house keep burning out. We have replaced them all five times and they continue to burn out every 4-5 weeks. They are connected to a light timer switch and we did not have problems with the lights until the timer was installed. We have security lights around the sides of the house and the back which are on separate timers which do not have any problems. Spoke to a different electrician (who wasn't able to come out) who said that it sounds like a problem with the wiring and most likely... read more

I called the Fairfax number and the gentleman seemed generally uninterested in my business first telling me they don't come out to do estimates and then explaining how difficult it is to troubleshoot electrical problems. Other companies I called seemed much more informative and understanding of the problem. I took my business elsewhere

I wanted an outlet installed in a large second floor closet, and I wanted four carriage lights replaced (two at the front door and two at the garage.) The electrician first checked out the closet by going into the attic through an access hatch in the closet. He reported that it would be too hard to drop a line down from the attic to the location where I wanted the outlet. I later had another electrician do it relatively easily. | |The work on replacing the carriage lights (which I provided) was very slow. He only finished... read more

Our appointment was made for 100-400 PM, but he called at 1040 AM and we agreed to an earlier time. He installed three light sconces and wired them appropriately, but the finishing work left something to be desired. One sconce was slightly crooked and my wife straightened it after he left, and there were wire pieces left on our deck. My wife also had to point out a part of one sconce that he had inadvertently left off. The calking was quickly applied and required some touch up after he left, hence our lower rating for qualit... read more
