I think their windows are shoddy as well as the installation!! I bought windows from them in 2006 and have had to have some of them replaced since then. Now I need (5) of them replaced due to broken seals. They said I needed to get the numbers off of the windows for them so I did, what a pain!! Today they called back and they need pictures of the windows to "JUSTIFY" replacing them. I am almost 60 years old with a disabled husband and a full time job! Critical: Unprofessionalism, Unpunctuality, Unpesponsiveness Awful for repair work. Been dealing with then since Feb 22. Had 3 NO SHOWS then when I call back they say they don't have the windows, when they called to schedule. Beyond frustration and concerned going into winter. Have called over 35 times with only 2 calls back. Excuse after Excuse. Actually had 4 dates to come out 2 on the day had to reschedule and 3 no shows. BEYOND FRUSTRATION

I ordered Champion Windows in July of 2021. I received my windows three months later and was told they are out of screens and they will arrive shortly. The installers even stated that they would put my paper work on their bosses desk so the order wouldn't get lost in the meantime. Well, it's been over a year now and NO SCREENS! I have called the main number over 5 times asking where my screens are at. Every time I have gotten a different excuse as of why my screens are not there. We paid Champion $52,000.00 for a sunroom and were told that we have a full warranty. Because my husband has a prosthetic, we had to put a handrail on the down ramp that they installed. This handrail is approximately 5 feet long in length. Without the handrail, my husband could not walk outside without falling. THREE SCREWS were used to install it on the OUTSIDE, so it is not possibly affecting the sunroom construction system. Right inside the door, there is a soft place in the flooring. Had 4 large windows installed back in summer 2020. None of them open using the hand crank. An inspector came out in January 2021 and said the wrong hand cranks/pin installed and someone would be out to correct it. Never heard back from them. Called and left multiple messages. Finally reached someone in October 2021 who sent another technician out there but once again stated he had brought the wrong cranks with him. Unfortunately, the ball has been dropped several times with Champion Windows. Primarily, I have experience unreliability, unaccountability and no compensation. I called to have my sliding glass door measured and an employee came out. I called back about 30 days later to check the status of the project and was told they had no record of anyone coming out to do measurements and agreed to send someone out again and someone came out. DO NOT purchase anything from Champion Windows & Home Exteriors. I had the worst experience dealing with the company than any human being could endure. They have only "one" person that handles service requests (what's with that). Dealing with her is like getting lost and never found. Scheduling an assessment of my problem was quick and easy because they wanted the $99 service charge upfront; afterwards, forget it. Been 3 months for 1 window, sales rep said it would be done by now. Factory won't get materials for 6 weeks. Can't reach local project manager, never answers phone. My story is the same as everyone else's , Champion should just say "pay 1/2 now and maybe in a year you might get a window" , that would be truthful . I'm lucky I just bought the one. would never work with them again.

We had a Champion sunroom installed 8 years ago and in the past year or so the seals on many of the windows have broken and the windows look cloudy/streaked. I called the local office in ********** in December 2021 and they ordered the replacement windows as part of our warranty. We heard nothing for months and when I contacted them in March 2022 they let me know that not all the parts were in. They finally came in in April and installation was scheduled.
