We first ordered windows May 2021. The Columbus Ohio field office assured us that windows would be installed in 4 months. We could have went with a Competitor, but we gave them a chance. 7 months in we found out that the Columbus employees were all fired for boosting there sales for bonuses by landing jobs and not filling the orders with the Cincinnati factory. We ordered an oversized window on March 15th. This was a after a month long process of having someone come out and give us an estimate. My window was estimated to get to us by the 3nd or 3rd week in May. I have contacted the company a 1/2 dozen times requesting for information and an installation date. Everyone seems surprised when I call and say that no one was contacted me. I have been told a number of times that the installation manage would get in touch with me. We've been dealing with this company in *****, ** for years and have never not had a problem. We were convinced by a salesperson about a good deal for all windows and two doors. But one of our windows was measured incorrectly and rather than redo it, the contractor used what he had and practically destroyed the whole thing. We have so many problems with that window and have never been able to get a solution from the company no matter how many times I call, and they come out to look at it. Hire anyone else. Honestly when we went to look for new windows the original manufacturer was out. They had a good name, but over the years have let it slide. I went to several vendors and finally landed with Champion. Worst mistake. I've had to reorder the sliding glass door frames, as they warped. The windows have come in wrong more than twice! If you look at their social media (especially Instagram) you can see countless comments are taken down daily. The issues are countless and never ending. Wait times promised are 3 mo... read more

II submitted a negative review 2 weeks ago. Upon receiving a reply from Champion Windows (Cincinnati, OH) I was instructed to call the main number and someone would resolve the issue. To date, no one has returned my call. First time calling, spoke to corporate admin who transferred me to **** who didn't answer and his mailbox was full. So I called back, she didn't answer this time, went to voice mail so I left a message. I had used Champion for new siding a few years back. We had hail damage in May a couple of weeks ago I called to get an estimate for the repair. I was charged $99 dollars for someone to come out and give the estimate. It has been nearly two weeks and they have never called or emailed. I guess they just ** wanted $99 dollars. Bottom line be very careful when you call.

Ordered in Feb of 2022, finally installed, but screen door still not installed. Had 16 windows replaced 22k for all of them. Still haven't finished the job correctly. Bathroom window not obscured, drip edges tilt inward instead of out, door still not scheduled for install. They have just not showed up for 2 appointments, which we took off work for, but received confirmation by phone and on line. *******, whom I spoke with was snippy and unprofessional. On 10/18/21 signed a contract with Champion to install siding on our house. We paid $3065 up front and the remainder of $5949 to be paid upon completion. We were told that someone would be in touch with us to set up a date in Feb. of 2022 to install the siding. Feb was drawing to a close so I called Champion customer support to find out why no one had called me. Had everything to set up for my new sunroom and got my finance paper statement back for my 1/3 down and was deleted. Had to call champion 1 800 number and said they couldnt do a 2nd story even after having 2 people out!! Called install cell number, his manager, and install manager and still no call back as to a reason why. This was before the 4th. Still no call back.
