Champion windows in Atlanta is full of bull I have been waiting for 13 months for a sunroom project with no start date as soon as I pay the rest of my deposit on $16,500 I get a call from a sales manager telling me I project is terminated and that the cost of supplies are more and that my project would cost an extra $10,600…I asked for a full reimbursement and the guy RON H*** gets a nasty attitude with me and tells me the 16,500 is part of the 30% cancellation fee…let me remind you it’s been 13 months no project date no bui... read more
My husband is disabled, so we wanted a custom French door with a dog door in it , so the dogs can let themselves out. We sat down with the salesman for over three hours as we chose what we wanted, he filled out the form and called his manager Tim to make sure the form was done correctly, even sending him a photo of exactly the door we wanted. We spent approximately $16,000 a new windows including a bay window. Several of our Windows do not close properly or open properly. We are missing a screen on a window. We have been working with champion since May of last year to get these issues resolved. Several times we called they said we would hear back from within 24 to 48 hours and they never call back. Finally did get a hold of a couple people they said they would address her issue and I have not heard back and I do not return my phone calls.
Had a very disappointing experience with this company. Was misled about the type of windows and the installation process. Told by the regional manager, Joshua, "that it is what it is ".
I'm totally disappointed and frustrated with this Champion co. I am experiencing all the same communication problems that I see from other complaints to BBB. I am trying to cancel my contract but they insist on penalizing me 30% or $7200.00 to cancel. My order has not even begun to be processed at the factory. I have been told by the installation manager that the installation crews are subcontracted, they are not Champion employees. It has been just shy of 5 months since I met with ************ The installer came to measure two weeks later and I have heard absolutely nothing since. I have called on at least 5 occasions to get an update of the windows that I ordered. The phone agents assured me someone would reach out to me. NO ONE ever did. Our experience has been the worst! We ordered windows in August 2021. Installers came on April 1,2022 . . . 8 . . . thats EIGHT months later, guess what? After having been measured twice before, The windows did not fit! They had already taken the trim and one window out, before that was discovered, so they boarded the window up with plywood and said someone would call. Horrible company We were set up to purchase windows with them Measure team didn’t show up or call after we took time off work. Now they want to charge us 412.00 for canceling the project. What a scam
