Signed a contract for sunroom in April 2021. They gave me 1 hour notice in November 2021 they were coming to start the Project. They provided no pictures of the project or description of what they were doing. Finished the project in December however they have had to replace a window and now I’m waiting on a sliding glass door replacement. The rim still leaks and the customer service is terrible. We purchased our windows(2019) and loved them. The problem came when one of the windows started leaking everytime it rained. I have tried to get a repair person out since ************ finally calledthe begining of June to set up an appointment. The soonest appointment they could give me is the end of Sept. . Each time it rains we have to try to keep our wood floors from being soaked and ruined. I'm sure they are able to install windows quickly but not repair them. Zero stars. They took fifteen thousand dollars last June, 2021..Still waiting for our order to be completed. Installation was terrible, nails and debris all over our yard. Ordered the wrong screens, lost then scratched our picture window, still waiting for replacement or even a call back. No one will return your calls, I would never recommend this company to my worst enemy.
Champion Windows of Huntsville, AL - AWFUL customer service, AWFUL communication. This location does not return calls, answer the phone, nor keep their word that is documented for services to be rendered. Our sunroom has now been installed, but NOT completed. We paid $$$$ to get a specified type/level of glass. They raised the price by $3000 6 weeks after taking a down payment. Extremely unprofessional about the way they told me as well. I DO NOT recommend them!
Never again would I use this company. A project that was supposed to *********** weeks to 3 months, replacing 20 windows, is still not completed more than 10 months later. Communication has been terrible. From the project manager, who has managed nothing well, stating he would get back to me in 2-3 days and then ghosting me for 1-3 MONTHS not once but 4 different times, to broken windows that 8 months later are still not replaced, outside wrap that was placed incorrectly (admitted to me by their project manager) while the pe... read more
No one answers the phone unless you want to buy new windows. Forget about service on existing Champion windows, it does not exist. I have been trying to get a fogged window, in which the seal broke, fixed for several years. Last time I just gave up. Now I am at it again. Someone came to my house and evaluated the window and created a service request for someone to come replace it and I have not heard from them since and they will not answer the phone or call back.I am so disappointed in these windows. June of 2022, I repeatedly called Champion about repairs to the Sunroom I purchased from them in 2008. I wanted repairs to the door and to reverse the swing of the door, I talked to their call center about a dozen times because the local store would never return my calls. They finally told me I would have to pay $99 for them to come out and look at the door. They made no promises that they could even fix it, regardless I would still owe them $99. We ordered 21 windows 9/21/21 they told us 12-14 weeks before install but were not installed until 3/3/22. Then 8 of our 21 windows were made incorrectly! They were made the wrong size for some shape for others and our bathroom windows weren't tempered. So now I am still waiting on even an ANSWER from Champion on when they would be fixed.
