zero stars 3 season room leaks. The first time they advise it was due to roofing. Had that replaced and it still leaks. They came out in the fall of 21 and was inormed they will send out roofing **** to look at it. THey came out and advised they would be out again this spring. In March, I was told in May they would call and come out and correct. NO RESPONSE. numerous messages left
Champion Windows & Home Exteriors has been terrible in customer service and delivery of product. Back in Oct. 2021, I ordered a front door from Champion and as of today (June 3, 2022) there is no sign of the door. For the nth (more than 10 times), I called their office in Loveland today, and I was told they havent heard anything back from the factory despite many e-mails the *************** has sent them. The company do not keep the customer informed about how is the project moving in terms of plans , permits etc. The company don't give any information about when the project will start after four months with the deposit.
Had a sunroom added to our home in March of 2020. Started to have problems with the power soon after. Had electrician come out twice. First time they told us two plugs were burnt out and they replaced those. Second time they told us the outside light was pulling too many amps and sold us a new light for $100.00. Agreed to buy windows along with installation on my home 8/12/2020, was told installation within 4 - 6 weeks. After the time frame elapsed, I called to find out what the status of getting windows installed, they finally made it out 11/10/2020, 13 weeks after the contract date of 8/12/20, more than double the timeframe given. The installer completely installed the windows from the outside and I assumed they sealed up any open areas around the frame with sealant or great stuff foam. I paid top dollar for these windows and installation, with the installation shortcuts taken I feel I had been taken advantage of monetarily and have leaky and drafty windows as they apparently did not properly fill the 70 yr old window frames with silicone or foam sealant.
Ordered one window for above my kitchen sink. It came early which was great. But,they put the wrong pvc coil wrap on. After 2 months they finally came out and fixed that. Still no screen been waiting 8 months for that and they called me to say it was in stock, so i was like ok drop it off ill pop it in no big deal. They dropped off one 20 screen for the window. Absolutely do not recommend. They gave an 8-10 week timeframe and then completely ghosted me. I called and emailed multiple people for months. When I finally got on the schedule 12 weeks out, they came and realized they measured my sliding door wrong and had the wrong type of door—after ripping out my current sliding door which they jammed back into the space and it is now unable to close all of the way or lock. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE/REPAIR DEPARTMENT. I have a shattered glass in my French door. Called to get repair on April 7th. Called again to check on the status of the repair on April 14, was told that it would take 6-8 weeks for the glass to be made, but she would put a urgent/rush on it.
