In my past experience with Champion I would have left a 5 star. On 2/04/22 Champion contractors came and installed 5 windows. There were some things we wanted checked from previous work as well. When they were almost done I mentioned the screens that they had not installed. I was told "Someone should have contacted you to let you know they are on back order." No one had. Salesperson Jeff was great, BUT after speaking with neighbors that have had my style wood grid windows, the windows Champion offered are not what matches the rest of my 5,000 sq ft home. Thus I contacted customer service to cancel, and was told to email them a cancellation notice and to expect a refund with penalty as per contract. No response was given. I ordered my windows in September and was promised to be here by December. I started trying to cancel at that time but would not listen. I was also told windows would have a slight tint but would not be noticeable, I specifically said I do not want the green tint.Because of my blue pool. I also specifically told salesperson- I dont want to order windows if my existing remote blinds wont work. we had windows and siding installed 20 years ago. and have not had a problem until mow. In a wind storm last November we lost some soffit. well we paid them 99 dollars to come fix it. They showed up on Friday the 13th of may 2021. and all they did was measure for a window that need to be replaced. they told my daughter that they didn't have the right equipment to do the job and to have us schedule another appointment. I will never go with this company for anything again. It took them over a year to resolve most of the issues. Install was sub par broke my new bay window destroyed my siding and workmanship was horrible. They would send a new contractor every few months and promises the world to fix the issue then would not hear from them. Called back in and they no longer work for them. Talked with the sales agent and just ghosted us. Request to speak with the managers and region manager but no call. I took a year to get an insurance claim ... read more

I ordered one garden window Oct 27th 2021 and was given an install date of Jan. 10-12 weeks from my order date. When I contacted then in Feb. I was told they were wrong that it would be an additional 4 weeks. On the same day by a different person I was told they were experiencing supply chain delays and it would be another 4-6 weeks. That same day another person contacted me and told me they only had one more piece of my window to make and that the product had shown up that day. I had Champion install 16 windows in my house. The installers did a great job with the exception of two windows with full flex screens. They had a small tear in the screen which at first I did not notice. I called the service center to advise of the issue, they sent out a tech, but he could not fix the screens because he was not prepared. He placed an order for new screens and I confirmed the order was placed. Purchased 2 doors, Installers were young guys, couldn't wait to get finished, screaming at my neighbor' dog which was embarrassing. Front door was installed with damaged materials, installer rubbed his nasty shoes on my interior walls, tried to clean with "gun cleaner" left an oily area. I had to purchase supplies to prime and paint the wall. After much run around I was reimbursed for these supplies and the damaged materials were replaced. Champion windows quoted us to do our whole house in 2020, they offered a 3 year price lock on the windows so we started the project we replaced roughly 1/3 of the windows then. 2021 tried to do another 1/3 and had to fight with them to honor the deal as apparently the salesman did not write that in our file. After several hours of talking back and forth champion honored the original offer. This installation was terrible.
