If I can put 0 star I'll do it. Worst service I've seen. No one answers calls, nobody ever calls back. I can't order a PAID service for 3 months. I will never advice this **** company to anyone.
These people are crooks. Do not give them any money they will not do what they said and will keep your deposit. The sales rep Mike showed us the size of the room and when the measuring started the size of the room got smaller. We told them to stop right there. We have been trying to get our $16k deposit back for weeks and they simply ignore us. They never return phone calls or email requests for a refund. They are keeping our money. We scheduled to have Champion replace our gutters 3/1/21. They did not call or show up for the appointment. We rescheduled for 3/15/21, but again, no call, no show. A month later, we have been trying to get this resolved.
While the windows seem to be okay, once they were scheduled and down payment was made the company became non-existent. The sales rep who said I’d be his go to guy never followed up. The installers were not champion employees but some contractor. They seemed okay but provided no paperwork or documentation on the warranty or anything of that nature. *** ANYBODY BUT CHAMPION - Quick to give quote, quick to take deposit. Job promised 14-18 weeks. It is been 7 months and still no porch. No communication - no return phone calls. I am so close to losing my deposit so I can hire someone else just to get the job done. Please don't be suckered in, like I was.
THIRTY weeks (and counting) since I signed a contract...and job still not complete...yet NO CONTACT from Champion. In mid-September 2020 (9/17/20), I contracted with Champion to replace soffits, facias, and gutters on my house in Centerville, OH. The salesman told me at that time to allow 8-10 weeks for manufacturing of materials for the job...which would have put us in mid-to-late November for materials to be ready. Beware! This is not a reputable company. These windows will fail. Champion Windows installed 30 of their vinyl dual-pane product in my home almost 20 years ago. About half of those windows have "failed" and now are fogged, blue-tinted or appear hazy. Multiple attempts to get them to come and assess what needs to be done have been ignored. At the time of installation on March 1st, Champion Windows broke a window pane within my bay window. I have exhausted all avenues of communication from calling and emails to texting and written requests, yet I still have not received a replacement to this day. The workers of Champion Windows have failed to complete their service in a timely manner and have ignored all my requests. I am greatly displeased with their service and wish for a full refund!!
If zero stars was an option thats what I would give. They installed our windows two years ago with very little issues however they apparently do not care to be respectful to return customers who also referred business to them last year that was completed. After scheduling for siding and door estimates Champion didn’t bother to let us know they cancelled our appointments. We received an email yesterday stating our appointment time was for 5pm today.
