The second time we do business with them and it will probably be the last one. Their sale staff lies on your face and when you try to contact them they don't call you back.
Well after the day my windows were installed I could not lock it. The trim looks like it is falling off.
So disappointed sales man really did his job, but beware they talk out of both sides of there mouth. My windows are not a year old the seal broke and i had water coming in around the window. Have not received an installation date as yet. Been sending texts etc, no response and I hope this does not become a nightmare. How can I give a good review when I don’t have a date for them to install. I’m getting ticked off.
(Huntsville, AL) Salesman Kevin was very knowledgeable and convincing that Champion Windows is the best option and we would have no issues so I cancelled my appointment with a competitor for the next day. Kevin mentioned it would take 6-8 weeks (possibly as little as 3 weeks) but there was absolutely NO communication from Champion the whole 8 weeks. I have waited a year for replacement screens,. Call this year talked to the screen guy about one and a half months ago and haven't heard anything since. They supposedly have a lifetime warranty that's why we bought them and now we can't get the replacement
Total dissapointed . As today 8 May 2021 , it has been a month and the champion staff has not finished the total job, need to fix windows.... They spend doing the siding about three weeks. Coming to work when they feel. They damaged the door bell, motion light of the garage...bad finish... every time they said they will come to fix everything .... I’m still waiting , they are so irresponsible.
terrible customer service we ordered windows was never contacted by company for the installation when we finally reached them they hung up on us when we told them it was unacceptable to drag the installation out 4 to 6 more weeks upon the original date don't think the company can keep up or cares about their customers
The sales rep. John was great I really wanted to get the windows from champion until a month went by and then the said they were going to be $2000.00 more than the original quote for no reason besides that they had quoted the job to cheap. I then asked for my money back which went into there account in less than a week. John was the only one that I could get to talk to me and he was trying his best but couldn’t get my refund ether.
