Lifetime warranty is worthless. The trim pieces in the windows in our sunroom cracked and are inside the glass. Looks terrible. They won’t do anything. BUYER BEWARE!
They showed up on time and did the work in a timely matter.
The first meeting was super easy to schedule. Got ahold of someone right away. Ryan, who came to talk to us about purchasing windows was great and very helpful. It has been the worst service I have ever experienced since we had that meeting. I am suppose to hear from Don about scheduling a measurement appointment. The sale at our home for Sliding Patio Doors went well. Everything after that went downhill. We are on day 6 of a 2 hour install job. Was given a 8am-10am install time, didnt show up until 4:30pm and was told we were scheduled for the afternoon even though we have 2 emails from Champion confirming our date and time,,,8am-10am. Champion in MA installed a sunroom for my house a few years back. The roof leaks; the doors and windows don't actually latch when they "lock"; the cheap flooring has turned green from the sun and when we noticed the cheap green flooring was pealing up, it exposed soggy ply wood that was black with mold. These people do not answer calls, do not return messages/voicemails, nor do they show up to our house when we do manage to speak with someone semi-competent enough to schedule an appointment for us. Champion Windows - Ft. Worth Installed my window in April 2020. Double Hung / Tempered Glass / Oriel. One window (top Sash) will not remain in the up position when window is unlocked. I have contacted the Ft. Worth 47 times (phone calls and web page service requests). Rarely do I get a call back. On 4 separate instances a technician was sent to repair but was each time said the same thing - "Wrong Balancer installed - will not support the weight of the window". Ft. We went with Champion because we thought they were a large reputable company and we have few issues. The salesman did a great job demonstrating and so we signed a contract and we left a very large deposit. The salesman told it would be 8-10 weeks to have the sunroom installed, this is also written on the agreement. It has been nearly 6 months and still no sunroom. We got new front and back doors installed in Sept 2020. They installed the wrong back doors, a cheaper version of what we had ordered. This is fine, mistakes happen. But ever since then, Champion has been completely and utterly unresponsive. I have called 5 different numbers, ranging from the local office to the corporate line, at least a dozen times. Last year i was sold a door by Champion that has a doggy door in it. I was given measurements of the door from the salesperosn that were incorrect, thus the door is not large enough for my large Rottweiler, and as she attempted to use it, she broke the hinges. When i contacted the company to let them know that we were unhappy with the product that was sold to us using incorrect information, i was told it would take 3 weeks to get a replacement door, knowing that i had a large, open hole in my door.
