This company does not back their product. They will not honor their warranty. If you try to contact them about a problem you will not get any response other than an automated response that doesn’t pertain to your request. I would HIGHLY recommend you looking for replacement windows and doors any place other than Champion.

Just over two years ago I bought a house with a sunroom that was built by Champion Windows of Madison. The corner post is raising out of the ground causing the wall to split open. They sent representatives to take a look at it several times in 2019 and 2020, different people each time, and they never did provide an estimate for what it would take to repair it. I had all my windows replaced and my front entry door plus 2 patio doors and my siding done in 2010. Since then, their customer service has gotten worse and worse. The door handles on the patio doors are failing and one is coming off the door. We have contacted the local office and they insisted the area around the garage doors that are degrading were not done by them, but it was. I bought a house in June 2018 that had all doors and windows replaced by Champion by the previous owner. The quality is basically below average, but my real complaint is that the company is completely incompetent in the service department. During the coldest two weeks in decades, one of the Champion sliding doors refused to close! It would go to about 1/2" from closed, but no further. It would not latch. We had an installation appointment for new siding for our house. No one showed and no one called to inform us of any issues. We contacted Champion over this issue and was told someone would contact us shortly. After no one called we called again and was told someone would contact us shortly. It has now been over 24hrs since we called the second time and still no one has contacted us about the missed appointment. I understand issues can pop up and a need to reschedule but not contacting the customer is unprofessional.

I contacted Champion back in Sept of 2019 about 2 leaky windows and am still waiting for the windows! They were supposed to install today, we got everything cleared out of the way and the guy comes to the door to say he doesn't have the windows. They can't call to say that. This is the 4th install date that we've had that didn't happen. I get nothing but excuses and lies from what is taking so long. If I could give a zero star rating I would. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Horrible customer service. Let me restate. No customer service. Windows were measured first week in September 2020. Existing champion windows had failed. The seals were broken and glass was cloudy. These windows are under warranty. The other champion windows I had had also failed and were replaced several years ago. With the recent failures 80% of the windows installed by Champion failed. Paid up front for 3 glass block windows. Not during the sales appointment or follow up measurements did they tell me they couldn't make my windows the way they measured. When the installers came, they had the wrong size and said they couldn't install glass block windows from brick to brick. I can't get any of the install managers to call me and find a solution. This was my 2nd time using champion and will be my last.

We called Champion for a quote on new windows for our home. It was expected to get a quote and measurement, plus a demo of the product. All of that was supposed to take 60-90 minutes to complete, but when the quote was compiled at my kitchen table, 4 hours later in the middle of my work day, we were told to sign, or the quoted price would be lost.
