TERRIBLE SUPPORT on limited lifetime warranty for seal failure of windows. After submitting an online request for service on 09/16/20, I placed a folllow-up call and was told replacement sash lead time is 6 to 12 weeks. So after waiting 12 weeks and not hearing from them, I have called twice and been promised both times that a message would be sent to the local office (GRAND RAPIDS, MI) requesting they contact me on the status of my order. I got my windows finally. Also one was broken when it came in. Had to wait another 4 weeks while they made another window. Had to call several times to know how much longer it would be. No customer service at all. The wait initially was rediculous. They sold me the windows and when asked how will they look after the installers finished. As in “will there be any damage to the window sills etc after they install the windows” I don’t know you will have to ask the installers when they come to measure. We purchased three Champion doors and need to have someone contact us for parts. We have tried to contact these people several ways, calling the local office, left messages, had the main office send an email and left messages. NO ONE responds. It has been over two months now and still no response. This is horrible service, lacks the level of service promised on the web site of committment and integrity. All we want is to have the parts to fix our door and wanted to PURCHASE that which is a sale.

Other customers are correct. We selected Champion windows in Colorado Springs. Salesman Rich promised lots of great things, timeliness, discounts, etc. None true. We signed the contract in July and were assured job would be completed by September. January still not completed. Discounts are a scam. I called in October to cancel the contract. Manager Greg called stated he was moving schedules around and would start next week and finish by December. Didn't happen. Better companies to do business with than these guys. This is a company that I will encourage no one to do business with! There sales people are crooks, lairs, and cheaters! They have no problem lying to lying to you face! We signed a contract for a sunroom, patio cover and vinyl and trim on our house! The sales person showed us pictures of what we were getting everything was exactly what we were wanting! Windows were installed three months ago. I have water coming in the top of the window frame. There is also another one leaking. There are holes in top of wrap and not caulked all the way across. The wraps are crooked and slanted toward the house. It’s taken six weeks for someone to call me back to schedule service. Now we have to wait another two weeks for someone to come out. Worst service and install I’ve ever experienced!

I wanted to give zero star, but that is not available here. Here is why my rating is like this: I called Champion Windows for sunroom construction. Champion Windows sent a salesperson to my house. He gave a quote and I agreed on the quote and signed. I also signed a loan contract with the same guy through ********. Another person came to take measurements within a week time frame. We had 2 windows and a sliding glass door installed in 2012. Great quality except for the handle for the sliding glass door. We need to replace the handle for the 3rd time yet we are not able to have a company rep return our calls. Feeling extremely frustrated and would not recommend Champion Windows.

Been a customer for almost 20 years. Had seals go bad on 5 windows over the years and called Champion back in February to have windows replaced, per the lifetime guarantee. They sent a person out, saw the windows, ordered the replacements, collected my $99 service fee and said it would be 10-12 weeks - all good! COVID hits and they shut down - I completely understand and am patient but hear nothing from them, but did call every few months to see if they are back operating.
