I had a policy in effect for over 3 years at a cost of over1500.00.I made only one claim several weeks ago for an Ac unit.I got a run around because the could not get any one to come out.Three times an appointment was made and not honored .I finally called and requested a refund for the last year . They would only prorate the last year for about $140.I was so disgusted with their handling of my claim I accepted the buyout.I would not recommend them to anyone.

Do not use! Had me use a scam business AND is harassing me for leaving! The one time we actually needed something fixed, they sent us to a scam business that wanted us to buy a whole new water heater because they refused to come out with the warranty parts to fix. This was after paying the company extra to look into the warranty. It was just over 2 years old! Choice Home Warranty is the worst home warranty company out there. They had a technician in their network replace my upstairs HV**/** 2 years ago. It has not worked correctly since! Numerous times I have had to file a claim as the ** is not working. Every time a different technician comes out, fixes it and each technician states it was not installed correctly. This company didn't fulfill my claim, they just gave me a war of words after taking my monthly payment and $100 service charge. I don't recommend anyone waste their time or money.

I have had warrant services with Choice for 2yrs. Its always what works best for the company vs the homeowner. They tell you whats covered with the warranty but then the homeowner has to come out of pocket with thousands and thousands of dollars to get the repairs done. What does your company pay for?

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. My AC was having issues last Sept, they came out. Obviously it was just a temporary fix because in February my heat stopped working. Someone came out, did a temporary fix. Then June hit and my AC stopped working again. They sent someone out. He said there was a leak, he submitted the pics and additional paperwork to make sure he could move forward with the processnothing. ************ is worst company I've ever dealt with. I've been making monthly payments to Choice Home warranty for 10 months. I filed a claim in March for our pool heater as it stopped working. We contacted Choice & filed a claim. The first technician they sent out confirmed the heater caught fire due to the pan was rusted out and the wind caused a rolling blow out. This is unbelievable and an embarrassment to this company. It has been ******* degrees here and I requested service to fix my A/C. I had to wait 5 days for the appointment so I was eager. I was to wait from 3-8pm. You got it they didnt show up for appointment or even called to inform me they couldnt make it so I couldnt stay in that oven any longer and had to rent a hotel room.
