Don't waste your money! They will not do what they promise. My pool pump initially went out in August of 2023 and to give the ************** version, they never had it repaired/replaced. I finally paid to have it replaced in June 2024 and as of July 2024, I am still waiting for them to reimburse me for a portion of the cost. 3 pool companies that they sent to my home that I paid a service fee to didn't return to replace the pump because of the poor payment habits of Choice to their vendors. My impression is that this company is a fraud operation. I have now been waiting for 5 months to fix my dishwasher. They have assigned five different technicians who either don't show up, lie about needing a part and never come back, claim that the dishwasher is fixed when it is not, or claim that I don't need the service! I don't know how Choice finds these unqualified people who have no interest in doing the job and often do not even answer their phone! This should be the simplest job. It is a dishwasher! I bought my house in March and was trying to find a good home warrenty company. Signed up for there promotion last month (June) because I was having my HVAC system check the following month. July, I had my HVAC checked and there was a couple of things majorly and needed to be replaced. So I filed a claim. Not even 24 hrs it was denied. I called Choice warranty confused. They want you to always get a technician, one time they never got me one, they never called anyone for my frig, this time it's my AC, they won't pay for a leak detection, but one person said they would, I have told them multiple times there's a 2 month old baby in the hse and itds 85 in my hse, I have been dealing with this for about a month now

We were provided with a warranty from Choice Home Warranty (CHW) when we purchased our house last summer. We have filed seven claims with them and five of the seven have been terrible. We were denied coverage on a roof leak even though we paid extra to have roof protection. Then when a few appliances decided to go at the same time, I filed three together hoping to save some money: our dishwasher died, the washing machine wasn't cleaning clothes, and the dryer was making strained squeaking noises. They took my money 2 payments then send a guy named *** out here at ****************** to repair my air conditioner. I paid him $75 that was their fee. He looked at and said that it was the board OK and then they they turned down my they turned it down because they said it couldnt that wasnt a regular general rare repair where and repair so they turned down my claim. Terrible service. My dry has been out for over a month! Ordered the wrong parts and now needs to order new parts. No idea how long that will take! The technician they set me up with never answers the phone and doesn't call back.

******* We filed a claim with Choice Home Warranty (CHW) in November 2023 for two heat pumps that needed immediate attention. Choice Home Warranty sent a technician (#1) to diagnose the problems. He said that Unit #1 was obsolete and needs to be replaced. He said Unit #2 was wired incorrectly (it had been working fine for several years). I filed a claim on the ac not working 2 years ago, 101 on some days, he finally shows up and says we need a new ac unit , ****** later, it took him 3 weeks to get it. Puts in in and every year since then we ******. This year again ac doesn't work, New claim and this guy says we need a evaporator coil that should've been changed when new unit was put in.
