I had some electrical problems with my washer. They send an appliance guy and said the washer was working fine. $65. I asked for more help. They sent a handyman for an electrical problem. He said I have too many appliances on the circuit. The washer is on its own circuit. He didn't know electrical. $65. I called an electrician, he said defective circuit breaker. Choice wouldn't honor the bill.

Choice Home Warranty has been double charging my father for a year. We just now caught it last month. We have sent in proof from the father's bank of the double charges and for some reason they can not see the problem on their end. I have talked to more than 10 people about this issue and it still is not close to getting resolved. Also my dad's air conditioning unit is currently not working. ONE STAR IS TO MANY DO NOT USE CHOICE HOME WARRANTY HUGE SCAM. I filed a claim 6/2/2024 for repair to my dishwasher and my dishwasher still has not been repaired. They sent ***** home repair out and he said he would have to order three parts and I have received two so far. They keep saying they can not find the other part and could take up to three to six months. I called Choice Home Warranty on July 10, 2024 to get a quote from the sale agent, J****. He gave me the details and offered a one-time offer. I told J**** that I needed to talk to my family before buying the warranty. J*** became pushy and asked me what I was really looking for and continued to give the highlights of their company. I told him that I was shopping around and needed to still talk to my family. While I was still talking to him, J**** hung up on me. Misleading, doesnt deliver what they promised. Trying breaking the contract and they withheld my money. Rude employees, who enjoyed pushing me around. Impossible to even reason with them

Purchased a plan for 500 plus dollars told I could get a refund if requested.I requested a refund? My Reason? the automated answering system does not allow option to speak to a person. They say they will call you back, when they do it puts you back in the circle of the automated number sending you around & around.I was told Choice has a large network of service techs and very prompt. It is a zero star not even one star They are very difficult to communicate with and very poor services and they don't cover what they advertise for! It is a total scam!

In August 31, 2022 paid $1260 for a ********************************************* replace any covered appliance instead when my dishwasher was not repairable they offered $275 when I refused we haggled and I finally settled for ******. I had to buy one at ********** for $700.00 and had to remove the old one and install the new one myself. Choice Home Warranty company is a scam I file for a claim they sent me a number for the technician to come out he took pictures I paid him we're coming out to my home I contacted them they told me they could not fix my problem hey they have been taking money out my account monthly
