Stay away from this company. I paid upfront for 3 years of coverage and have not gotten the response or service I thought I would. My washing machine has been broken for over a month and it took a technician 3 weeks to come out and look at it. It took another week for parts to arrive that I could have gotten the next day on Amazon. The machine still not repaired and last replacement offer from Choice was just a little over $300 for a $1,300 machine. I live in ****** ********* a request in for AC service on a Friday. No response except for email saying they got request. All calls to them were answered bywe are working on the issue . I call AC companies and none will work with Choice Warranty. One company said filed 5 claims only paid for 2. I have had to use this company 3 times in the past. It took a month to get a hot water heater because the 1st person they hired had no clue how warranty company worked and just left the job. I had to call Choice and ask for a repairma... read more

To bad there in't a negative number. I requested service for an HVAC system not putting out a ton of air. the guy comes out - walks all over my bed and tells me it's dirty, the **** split on the wall!No kidding - it hasn't been cleaned yet this season!!!He then proceeds to call ********** to "diagnose" but ends the call after 15 minutes stating they will never get back to him. He promises me someone will be out to clean the unit that week .... No one shows - I call Choice and they tell me the claim is denied. Don't waste you... read more

CHW is a big scam company!! They increase rates and fees without notifying the customer. They hire repair workers who are unqualified. When we had a water leak in the ceiling lines, CHW would not schedule a repair for over 24 hours. They said call your own plumber but were not paying for it. CHW will not answer calls, emails and requests to cancel the customers service contract.

This company is misleading and use other companies that are not forthcoming with their findings and charges. I called to cancel and I was chastised as if I was a child by telling me what they will charge me to cancel and the prorated amount then he became rude after I refused to allow him to save my account. A senior Sales Rep *********************** was so disrespectful and rude this morning because I did not want to listen when he called and told him never mind. He sent me a email being real ***** and unprofessional. I have the total plan. Before I purchased, the sales rep advised me that if any item listed breaks the warranty would cover. I just need to pay my deductible which is $75. My a/c stopped working, the company assigned allstars heating and air. He came and said I needed a fan. He put the fan on and stated I was low on Freon. We stopped our relationship with choice home warranty after they denied claims on our property and we found it to be a complete scam and waste of money but now they wont stop contacting us despite being asked to be removed from their contact list multiple times. I get almost daily calls and still get texts and emails though repeatedly asking to not be contacted. I requested to speak to the area rep or have their email so I could have confirmation that I have been removed and was told that was not an option. They keep calling... read more
