Very bad experience with people who works with choice home warranty. When I renewed my policy they told me everything would covered 100%. When my ac was not working and needed full replacement they only gave me $528 check which Im still waiting for my check. I ended up paying around $4000 from my pocket. Worst company to deal with Ill not renew my policy in further.

ZERO STAR, NEGATIVE STAR....Very BAD Home Warranty Company. My issue was Automatic Renewal started without my consent or notice, When I bought the plan I specially told not to auto renew, Once my period was suppose to end, I started getting calls, I specifically told not to renew it at all multiple times, still this folks started charging my old Credit Card on File without my consent or notice.This is SUPER SCAM, do not fall for it.

What an awful company. purchased a home last year, purchased warranty as much of us do when purchasing a home that is not new for the just incase. Ofcoarse summer came and the air conditioning unit was not working. ******** comp sent True comfort to fix it. After the fourth time they charged me $185 to fix it. Not fixed yet 4 weeks later. This is how long its been taking to have the warrentt comp to send someone else to fix and we continue to wait. My first year with this company was stellar. I was so relieved after having the nightmare experience I did with American Home Shield, I couldnt believe it. Fast issue resolution, great customer service, and so on. I was so pleased, I purchased another 3 years. Something I seldom do. This last service couldnt have been handled more poorly. 5 STARS IN THE NEGATIVE ************ is straight fraud! Thry hook with wjat sounds like a good deal, but deny claims for very fine printed and rolled up rules. I canceled my service in April with a rep. *** then put a free month of service on my account and stated I could still use it if need be but the 28th of May, 2024 would be the end. Worst Home Warranty Company I had to ever deal with. Had 6 other home warranties in the past with no issues if I had a claim. Took 5 days to get a technician after I reported the A/C is not working. I had a technician in 24hr with a quote for the repair of $800. They said I have to give them 48 (working days) to find a technician. Finally after 5 days they send a technician to look at the A/C. I wish I had better thing to say about them but the one time I needed them when my air conditioning broke in this Arizona heat they refused to help me and rejected my complaint, saying it was my fault when I hadnt even had the home for a year. They were forcing me to wait over a week for a consultation until we practically begged to be seen sooner, all for them to not help and make us buy a completely new system. What is the point of getting insurance if you refuse to help.

Horrible customer service. Lots of runaround. No one calls back. Had to pay out of pocket for ac replacement because they declined the claim and only after the appeal did they offer a measly $150 that I never received and continously got the runaround everytime I called with no followup. Better off putting the money you pay them in an account every month than give to a crooked company that never has any intentions of paying out!
