If zero stars was an option, that's is what I would select. I had purchased home warranties for 3 homes, my primary home and two rentals. In my local are in ***********, they were not able to get service technicians and then would close claims without a repair being made. The first time it happened, after a month of them claiming they were getting a plumber to the property, I ended up hiring a plumber directly and paid for the repair out of pocket. AC not cooling. We reported claim to choice 6/26/24, 7/2/24 Choice sent Solutions Heating and Air. Technician replaced capacitor with the wrong size and claimed to have put refrigerant in, which we have learned is no longer available, collected his $75. and left. Within 2 hours AC stopped cooling again. Solutions said they would come back, never did and never returned my calls or text. Another call to Choice and they request another technician. I been denied claims before with choice warranty,but this time denied before evaluation. I looked up coverage and my hot water heater should have been covered. No one could explain why it wasn't. ************** was rude and unknowledgeable

It was a small appliance repair job, they kept having to reschedule it, because none of their repair people would show up. It still is not fixed.

This company is the worst!!! I have only put 2 claims in. The first one it took 3 different companies before someone would show up to fix the problem. My second time the company didnt show up so they had me bring someone out myself and I was told I would be reimbursed. So I did, they denied they claim to fix the pool but wont reimburse me for the companies initial visit either. They scam people out of their hard earned money.

I have been paying premium for last 5 years. My air conditioner was not cooling five years ago. Since then they never tried to identify the leak but fill up freon. I had been telling them to identify the problem. Now this year I had again the problem, complained on July 7. The contractor came out and feel Freon but declined to identify the leak. Next week again the Freon leaked and the contractor found the valve is leaking so he sent the recommendation. The company denied the repair and I am struck with no air conditioner in... read more

I had used this warranty for an electrical issue we were having with our dryer breaker flipping. A contractor came originally to check the dryer and we were charged a $75 service fee. He said it was an issue with the breaker,, we then had to pay $75 again for an electrician to come out, the electrician made three visits just to supposedly replace the breaker, the electrician did not change the breaker yet reported to the warranty company that he did. If you sell your house, they don't refund the remaining unused police. So don't buy any long term policies. The sales person told me a lie. My ****** leant.
