BAD check in experience. The check in was awful. Over 1 1/2 hours standing in line. Four clerks at the reception desk. One left after 20 min and was gone for an hour. Another was useless as she processed a customer in average of 10 minutes. The other two were OK but obviously not enough to keep up. Also, they let one person simply walk to the desk not from the queue; very irritating. Bad I did not like how house keeping kept coming to my room actually opened door twice my stay was 2 nights and felt very unconfy to even go out of room to gamble :( i did not enjoy my stay :( The house keeping manager "African man" cant remember his name he was very friendly and understood my point

I was disappointed in the room we stayed in it made it seem we were staying at a cheap motel Nothing I paid for a luxury king and our room had nothing of luxury.., it. Was very disappointing!!!
