Smoke It was so smokey inside the building you could see the smoke in the hallways id strongly recommend air purifiers at times like this so your guests didn’t have to sleep smelling smoke all night causing extreme headaches The property was clean the staff was great

Front desk service is bad! I arrived 15 minutes before check in time, 12:00pm; the front desk will not let me check in, because I was 15 minute too early. She makes me stay at the lobby for 15 minutes for nothing. This is ridiculous.

Just okay Long line to check in, no pool, very confusing with multiple buildings/parking. Had to pay "resort fee" but there was nothing resort-like about this stay. Room was nice size, very clean, quiet with large screen TV. Location is great if you want to be downtown and near UNR.
