Waste of money Mattress uncomfortable, place is rundown, only about 6 carnival games working, no circus acts. Kids really disappointed. Fridge not emptied after previous guest. TvV actually had a “guide”

Not happy with room cleanliness Requested extra pillows several Times , never received .. sheets were dirty and stained …

We would not stay again The original room they checked us in looked like someone was murdered . The Floors and carpet were extremely dirty. The room was old small the sheets did not look clean either and not up to anyone's standards. The price was inflated . They did move us to an updated room and was comfortable but was still extremely over priced. They should not rent out the older part of the hotel and they are not cleaned or taken care of . Location

We reserved a mini two room suite and they did not have any for us but was still charged. They said take it up with book I just didn’t like the way they didn’t reserve our suite and still charged us the same amount of money I liked being on the lower floor

1-1/2 hours for check-in! Unacceptable! It took way too long to check-in. This was time that people could have spent gaming, we were too tired after a long drive and then a long, hot, wait in line to go out to gamble. You lost money right there, Circus Circus. It was a Thursday evening and there is really no excuse. And if you try to blame it on lack of employees, this is the second time we’ve tried to stay at the hotel. Fair I wasnt to happy with smelling cigarette smoke in the room when it is suppose to be non smoking. And the shower had standing water and there wasnt a fan in the restroom to air it out properly after a shower. Room was clean and comfortable. I liked that it had a refrigerator and coffee maker and extra pillows and the security going in to the room was great.
