No water on property Dirty hotel, but the primary problem for all guests was no access to drinking water. The staff blamed it on the vending company. And kept stockpiles of water from the guests. Rude employees

Bad I didn't like the fact that booking.com screwed up my reservation which then screwed up my reservation for the next night in Tahoe we had to sleep in our car they took money twice out of our account I am asking for a full refund and I will never use your app again and I will let all of my traveling colleagues know the same thing

Poor Bed not clean upon arrival. Sheets had holes in them. Hair on the bathroom floor. Bedding was over sized for the bed. Did not like it.

Won't go back. Elevators didn't read room keys. Charged for Resort fees and their are NO resort features. The pool is gone. There are no midway shows due to COVID. There is nothing that you don't have to pay extra to participate in. Booked 2 rooms on same reservation. The rooms were in different towers! Had to pay more to get rooms on the same floor. Rooms were clean.
