Disappointing VERY confusing! i'm in a wheelchair and it was difficult knowing what elevator to use. then when i was in, the floors are labeled with letters no numbers. LL, ML, MZ ... etc. finding out which elevator, and floor wasted a lot of time, and added a level of frustration that could easily be avoided with better signage and directions.

Get what you pay for. I'll pay more for somewhere else next time I know its a cheaper hotel, but the floor was covered in trailmix and playdough and whatever else the previous people spilled all over the ground. Took an hour to hunt down a vacuum. Also no coffee in the room. Kids thought it was amazing. Beds and pillows were comfy and shower had great pressure

The staff was rude and unhelpful from start to finish and I overplayed for a bad hotel. Rude clerks, crowded elevators, long wait to check in, horrible view from my room of a roof top, soiled towel, weak water pressure, small bathtub, no microwave, old decor and carpets throughout hotel, homeless near hotel. On my last day, the six elevators were so crowded, I had to wait 20 minutes for me to get on from the eighth floor! Parking close by, good a/c.

Take your money to the El Dorado.. much better customer service Did not like customer service.. first off our check in via booking.com was for 7/19 Circus Circus had us for 7/20 and couldn’t do anything about it other than let us check in on 7/20 so they booked us a room at the El Dorado. When we did go back to Circus Circus they stuck us right behind noisy elevators that were obviously running all night(our room was right next to them rm#2164).. bed frame stuck out and caused myself and my grandson to hurt our shins due to ... read more

There was a bottle of alcohol left in the refrigerator in room from the last person there I assume. I had children with The lady at the front desk told me I could check in early. When I arrived early she said that I could not
