This non-legitimate criminal activity posing as a "business" has spam-called my home every day for the past several weeks, even though I am on the national DO NOT CALL registry and told them that each time before hanging up. I am not required, by law, to call them to get put on some kind of in-house company do not call list and wait another "1 to 3 business days" for it to take effect. This Business is the worst of the worst ever........ I've had some bad business relationships, however if I would give a rating of this business I can certainly give it a big fat ***** The only reason I gave one star is because that's the only way to write a review. If you are a person who is seeking telephone service take it from me you don't want to do business with this company....

All I can say is WOW....WOW...WOW. SHAME ON ME for not doing my homework FIRST. You know that OLD Saying...."IF IT'S TO GOOD TO BE TRUE, IT USUALLY IS." I haven't been with this company for a week and I HATE IT! I was totally misled from the BEGINNING, AS I can see that now. Shame on me, I KNOW BETTER! Was quoted one rate and I get my FIRST BILL and it's not AT ALL WHAT WAS PRESENTED. This company is impossible to deal with. They called & spoke to my father who has dementia and took our phone service from our current provider. They sent us an enormous phone bill and we realized what had happened and when we tried to switch back, Clear Rate closed our account and put a BLOCK on our number so our prior phone company would be unable to port the number back. This company contacted me at work on my business phone saying they were from frontier. The man on the phone said I was paying x amount per line and he could lower the rate per line. I listened carefully then was transferred to another rep to continue. I even said something to her and the man referring to them as frontier. I received a bill for ****** and in my total confusion of who this clear rate communication was I called the phone number. They called my home asking who handles the Frontier bill, and my husband not being home I told them he was unavailable. She proceeded to just hang up, and I told her to take our number off the list before she completely hung up. I'm sure this will be the start of all day spam calls, which I'm sick, and can hardly get to the phone on time. I will seek a lawyer if this begins for harassment.

I think it is a terrible co.My phone has not worked since they took over from frontier.I have medical problems and can't contact my dr.from my phone.I am trying to cancel my service but they make it hard to do.
