"Very Pleasant Experience" I hadn't bought a car for 12 years and that experience was not good. So, I always had the attitude that I would rather have my finger nails pulled out then buy a car. "Horrible Shopping Experience" Bypassed two dealerships in Chattanooga to give Larry Hill my business. Ordered a new Custom Ford Flex. The entire process was painful and deceiving. Run around on time of arrival, delayed 3 weeks from the time we were alerted the car would be coming in. Misquoted lease price at contract signing and after dealing with multiple people we were told that the car lease price would be twice what we had originally agreed on. "Transmission issue " Started having transmission issues in 2014 with my 2012 F150 bought brand new at Larry Hill Ford. I kept being told there was nothing wrong, took it it to another Ford dealership this year who pulled up the issue on the 2012 F150 from 2013 and had it fixed within days under warranty.
"Applicants Beware!!!!" In the past I have purchased two cars from this dealership...with that being said it was 4 years ago... curious, browsing and currently in the market for a SUV I submitted an online credit application in my name no co applicant!!!! Do not trust them with your information as they clearly call other people with your personal information very big mistake. They need to stop hiring random unqualified people and I will be taking further action with this matter!!!!!!
"dont believe what there comercials say " I whent to larry hill ford a few months ago and got a nice 2014 Elantra and there comercials are always saying 175 per month or 199 per month for 2014s and 2013s not mine mines 426 a month it should have been brand new for that price i got ripped bad so dont believe it when you here larry hills comercials say youll get cheap payments if it sounds to good to be true it usually is .
"Pawned off" I visited this dealership over labor day holiday. I was trying to get a good deal and went in with low expectations. "Sells wrecked cars" Kregg Ware helped put me in a wrecked car! He does not work there any more. I am sure he knew the car was wrecked also.
"Avoid this place" Be careful what you buy from here! Was treated horribly and sold a car way overpriced. Finance Manager was so sleazy!!! You want a used sales car man feel then this is the place for you! Do your research this place is horrible.
"August 22, 2015" I received a telephone call from Jason Williams on August 22, 2015 while shopping at Northgate Mall. I was asked if I would like to trade-in my car for a 2016. I ask what is the "Catch? "No catch, just come in so we can talk about it" replied Jason. We made appointment for 5:00 p.m. that afternoon.
