DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! My mother and I were mislead every step of the way. The agreed upon price changed drastically at the time of pick up. Also - they hired a different company to move my stuff, and while they promised to arrive within days of me on a recorded line - now they are saying 2-3 weeks before anyone can get my things to me. This is beyond ridiculous - my mom had medication she packed because they guaranteed to be moved within days of our arrival. A total scam. We were doing a cross country move from ********** to ******* and were quoted 6151, paid a deposit of 2662. Did the whole scam of giving them our inventory sheet and we gave everything down to the size and number of the boxes. On final day, we gave last inventory list, We got rid of 2 queen mattress, 1 queen bed frame, 1 trampoline, 1 dresser and Mr. ***** ******* says joyfully you have space left over, youre good. Next day, the men come to pick up our things and do their own inventory? Why Im thinking in my he... read more

This company totally takes advantage of people. They WAY underestimate what you need, get to your home and charge 10k to take your whole house. Mover paid ****** to move her 3000 sq home. They came with a 26 ft truck, said they could only use half the truck but will fill it for another 10k. This is a TOTAL SCAM. They also said they would be there between 10-2 and showed up at 9:00 that night with no communications. They put you in a corner so that you will pay to get out. TERRIBLE to do this to people. This company is a complete bait-and-switch operation from start to finish.***** handled the estimate process and was extremely persuasive, telling me he was overestimating my space and discouraging me from accepting lower quotes from competitors. Based on what ***** told me, I agreed to their $4,700 quote and paid a $2,200 deposit.
