If I could give negative stars, I would. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. It is a brokerage that completely scams people. My mother passed away and her spouse has to move back to **. She spoke to a guy named ***** on the phone who took advantage of the situation. He told her all these wonderful things and said that they would make two stops, take all her things, and quoted her a price. The movers come and they are trying to get MORE money out of my step mother. ****, the *******, was rude and disrespectful to my step mother and aunt... read more

Beware, this is a bait and switch broker. They agree to a low ball estimate to provide service and, in the end we paid 2 and a half times more. They are just a broker and each company that comes after has their hands out for more money. Our original estimate was $9,600 and in the end we paid approx. $23,000.00. No setup on the delivery as promised. The truck driver hired a homeless man and another that rented a U-haul that had to leave early to return his truck. The homeless man (who was very nice) also had to return to his ... read more

Over charged me COMPLETLEY. They informed me that the move would be 3k off the bat and then made me pay 1683$ for some sort of deposit. I was then told the price was completely different which confused me. I called MULTIPLE times where my stuff was to be told from the crew that picked up my stuff that it would take 4-5 business days to get to the destination. I was lied to. Customer support told me 12 business days instead. I then found out when the crew arrived to drop my stuff off, that three of my items were missing, a bo... read more

Quoted a price. Three days before move quality assurance called to verify inventory and price doubled after covering the same inventory items.. On moving day we were tolls by the packer that the cubic feet had been incorrectly calculated and might go higher. Once truck was. Loaded we ere told we had gone over the estimate amount and the pick up charge would be higher. Upon our arrival the truck was two days late but there was some bad weather.
