No stars I told him that I had a 10 / 10 units full to capacity.The representative gave me a price initially of 3800 I'd said that price, they negotiated down to 2800 the wanted down payment of $1098 I paid that, they were supposed to pick my items from the storage but once they got there the crew said that they couldn't take the items it was too many things So the price changed to $5100 and then negotiated to $4200 which would have caused me to have to pay $1600 extra at that time for them to put my items on the truck and t... read more

Absolutely horrific experience. My Move: ******* to *** How it was moved: Coastal offloaded my furniture and items to 2 other moving companies. They don't have their own trucks, they are in fact a "broker" (which they lied about).Cost: I was looking for a good deal and the good deal ended up costing MORE than if I had just hired a private mover with their own trucks. As a disabled veteran, I cant move myself anymore, and the sales **** ******* *********, told me they were veteran-owned and offered a military discount, which is why I trusted them. This is the worst company I have ever worked with. They told me if I changed my mind about my move to *******, there would be no problem. That they would reimburse me. WRONG and now Im paying close to $2,000. for these liars who did absolutely NOTHING. He is a low down thief. I own my own small business and if this was the way I made money by outright lying to people. I couldnt live with myself. They are very dishonest and I would strongly warn anyone considering using them not to do so. They will steal from you too!!

They are predatory and rely on you not doing thorough research of their company and business practices. Please look up the business name, their DOT Number. Look up how many businesses the owner has registered and how often. You will see as I regrettably did too late, that they are operating on the fringes of legality.
