My elderly stepmom hired this shady company and signed their outrageous contract without understanding that she signed the box they highlighted to sign to NOT cover anything lost, broken or stolen. They took 2 truckloads from her last residence, stored it at a warehouse supposedly, then finally got it to her new residence (only 9 hours away from the previous) ************************************************************************** the 2 trucks. Worst shipping company I have ever used in my life do not believe all the positive reviews. I was quoted $2000 for my move I listed all the items I had I even had less items when the movers arrived and my quote went up to $5000 on top of that it has been a week and a half and my items are still in the shipping companys warehouse and is not on the way. DO NOT USE THE COMPANY they have a classic bait and switch method 0/10 do not recommend. I still do not have my items. I am having to repurchase most of my furniture as no one ... read more

If I could give them no stars I would. They are highly deceptive and when called out on it they just disappear. They gave me a price and told me, on at least two occasions, that I had a 26 foot box truck coming for my move. The reality was that my $2860 quote was for 360 CUBIC feet so just the first five feet of the truck. We had gone over an itemized list of what was being shipped and ***** and ***** both knew that what was itemized would NEVER fit in that space. No stars I told him that I had a 10 / 10 units full to capacity.The representative gave me a price initially of 3800 I'd said that price, they negotiated down to 2800 the wanted down payment of $1098 I paid that, they were supposed to pick my items from the storage but once they got there the crew said that they couldn't take the items it was too many things So the price changed to $5100 and then negotiated to $4200 which would have caused me to have to pay $1600 extra at that time for them to put my items on the truck and t... read more
