Terrible customer service. Dishonest. Flat out lie to you. Pushy, whiny and got **** hurt when he thought he heard my dad talking to "a different moving company" in the background. Will never use this company nor will I ever recommend them. Would give ZERO stars if given the opportunity.

Horrible.l DO NOT TRUST THEM! They quote one thing and do another. They showed up in a non-descript truck with two people who didn't speak English. They had NO IDEA how to move my piano. They would have destroyed ******* - the company CANCELLED my job without informing me after I complained that they had changed the original quote without informing me. They just didn't inform the third-party the hired.They are CROOKS!!! C rating is too high for them.

This company is fraudulently doing business. Do not engage with this company. They lie at every step of the sales process. They say the quote is a set fee, the contract that follows is not a set fee contract and puts you on the hook for significant additional expenses at the time of move but by then youve already paid the down payment by the only payment option they offer, ACH withdrawal. they do not tell you they are a moving broker, not a moving company, they tell you they have a 2-day window for the move in case the truck... read more

Absolutely horrible company that made promises of an easy, smooth process and delivered us into the hands of scammers and movers with zero integrity (Loadrans). We were lied to, pressed for upcharges at every interaction, and received our items over a month beyond a reasonable delivery.

My husband and I use their service to move 50 minutes away. My husband explained we were a third floor walk up and what exactly we needed moved. He was given a a price I got a cashiers check and on the day they came to move us. They told him they would need another $800 because they claimed they didnt know about the stairs. They came four hours late and proceeded to scratch and break my bed, my bookcase and my desk. They left the heaviest boxes in my garage for us to carry in I assume. Where to begin with this outfit. STAY AWAY from them. I made a move from ******* to *******, called several companies for a quote and received one from Coastal for about $6,500.00. I already had a U-Haul lined up, but I really didn't want to make that drive myself. Although Coastal was more than I wanted to spend, I convinced my lovely wife this would be fine. It would be impossible to put into words how terrible this experience has been. On January 8, 2026, I spoke with ***** ******, a manager at Coastal Moving Service, to set up a move for my daughter. He presented as friendly and helpful and provided a quote less than PODS. He convinced me to use them over PODS because the movers would handle the items for me.
