WORST moving company ever, AVOID at all costs. I wouldn't even give this place 1 star if I had the option to.This company operates as a deceptive brokerage, offering low estimates to secure deposits before passing contracts to movers who dramatically raise prices after the 72-hour cancellation window. This place is absolutely horrible, do not be deceived by their prices. They will quote you one price, then it's double the price. When you speak with customer service they are rude and have no resolution. Stay far away from them.

What a scam!!! My situation is similar to every other complaint listed on this site. Bait and Switch with some added Extortion. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY, they are brokers. And every subcontractor hired from the pickup to the ones that drop off, are in on the scam. The original salesman on the phone minimalized everything so that the price was attractive at $2400 for a 2-bedroom apartment. Then, the expensive follow up call. BEWARE of this company. They use the Bate and Switch tactic by telling you one price and then hitting you with a higher price. They wait outside the 72 hour window to contact you so you cant get your deposit back. They are famous for unfair practices. My 86 year mother went from being quoted for $8337.00 to over $13,000 to move her 557 miles for a 4 bed room house. Never would I recommend doing business with this company. This company is terrible! They are stealing my deposit stating that "ownership" reviewed the call and stated I was educated correctly. I can assure you I was not. I was told if I cancelled within 72 hours of pickup I would be refunded, not it's 72 hours of bookings. They're representatives are rude, condescending, laugh at you on the phone, argumentative, and constantly speak over you. I would NEVER recommend this business to anyone. We haven't even moved yet. I paid my deposit but haven't heard from them since. I'm calling tomorrow to cancel after reading all these reviews. My concern is that I won't get my refund back.
