I got my air ducts cleaned because my son is auto immune. Had a Bone Marrow Transplant. I didnt care for price, I cared for quality and coit had been recommended by a few people and had good reviews. The service ended up being within my budget and Thomas did an outstanding job. He explained step by step what he was doing and showed me issues i have in my ducts outside of the service and tried to do what he could to improve it. And gave me ideas on how to handle it. I'm so thankful for good, competent, careful and kind people who are professional and do great work! All the vents of the house, after 20 plus years accumulation, were cleaned today in about 2 hours. This is the first time I ever had this done so I didn't know what to expect. I unnecessarily caused myself three loads of sheets which I used to cover up things under the vents. Just moved to Modesto last week and we wanted to get our floors and HVAC cleaned on move in. Worked with Codi to set up and quote, he was super helpful in helping us understand what areas in the house could use the most work and providing us with several options for what we could do. He was able to work with our time table to quickly get the house cleaned before we moved furniture in. They cleaned out our HVAC system and cleaned our tiles and carpets. They steam cleaned my tile floor to remove wax build up from mop and glow. There were puddles of wax that they didn't get up. The steam from the cleaning also warped areas of the baseboard.

We are blessed to have a company like Coit .They did everything we requested. The quality was outstanding and great value for what they did. We had three things requested and they did an amazing job on all three. A special shout out for Miguel who did ,the carpet cleaning. He explained everything quite well and what a gentleman. We have them out regularly to clean our carpets. They have always done a good job. They leave things clean and tidy. They are courteous and respectful. We will continue to do business with them.
If I could give Coit thousands of stars, I would! We went through an extremely difficult scabies outbreak that lasted several months. It all started after my dad contracted it in his nursing home and unknowingly passed it to us. Tragically, he passed away last Christmas Eve, and we thought the problem was resolved. I'm an RN and understand how serious scabies can be once it's in your home, but my mom and brother hadn't told me they were still itching.
