They steam cleaned my tile floor to remove wax build up from mop and glow. There were puddles of wax that they didn't get up. The steam from the cleaning also warped areas of the baseboard.

Another 5 star for COIT .Tino came out and cleaned our vents. What an incredible individual and brilliant as well. Did an amazing job and the best value that anyone can imagine! We are blessed to have a company like Coit .They did everything we requested. The quality was outstanding and great value for what they did. We had three things requested and they did an amazing job on all three. A special shout out for Miguel who did ,the carpet cleaning. He explained everything quite well and what a gentleman. We need more people like Miguel. Coit is blessed to have so many fine people and especiallyMiguel!

We have them out regularly to clean our carpets. They have always done a good job. They leave things clean and tidy. They are courteous and respectful. We will continue to do business with them.

If I could give Coit thousands of stars, I would! We went through an extremely difficult scabies outbreak that lasted several months. It all started after my dad contracted it in his nursing home and unknowingly passed it to us. Tragically, he passed away last Christmas Eve, and we thought the problem was resolved. I'm an RN and understand how serious scabies can be once it's in your home, but my mom and brother hadn't told me they were still itching. Coit cleaned all of our rugs and upholstered furniture after a major remodel that left everything in our 2600 SF home covered with construction dust. I couldn't be happier about the job they did and the outstanding customer service.

If you call COIT for your carpets to be cleaned you will be in good hands. My place of work has a rather large office space with commercial carpets throughout. COIT was amongst the leading competitors that service our area. We called and were able to schedule a consultation to have an estimate done.
