So happy with the service I received from Coit carpet and upholstery cleaning service in Modest. They arrived on time and were super nice and professional. They had to remove my very large area rugs to take back to their shop for cleaning as I have wood floors and they were afraid of damaging my floors if left in place. the carpets were returned on time and in the best condition I have ever seen them in since they were first purchased. Derek Ortiz did such a great job! Such Friendly personnel & very professional. He not only walked me through the process again before starting but asked if there's any new concerns he can take care of. Once he was done he still took his time to walk me through the areas to make sure I was happy with outcome and suggest things for after care. Invest in your home! 1/6/2022: I've been using "Coit" services for many many years I had them clean my carpets, upholstery chairs, stone floors, staircase... The technician arrived on time, at 2:30 ... Two extremely qualified technicians that were very kind and truly did an amazing job... They took care of everything... "Nate Graf & Rob Taylor" a huge THANK YOU... These two technicians were fantastic!!

We bought a new house and wanted to have the carpet cleaned before moving in since the previous owners had a dog. I made an appointment online and the day before Coit called to let me know the time window for when the technician would arrive. When Brandon arrived and saw that he'd be cleaning all the carpets in an empty 2700 sq ft house he made room in his schedule and got right to work. We had all the duct work replaced in March 2020. There was a rattling and crinkling noise coming from some of the vents. Coir sent techs out to fix and adjust until the unit was completely silent. It took a few visits, but they made it perfect!

Coit came to my home and cleaned my carpet, I have a dog so you know what that can do to a carpet. When it dried walking on it with my bare feet, it felt like a new carpet. Good job Coit.
