If I could give Coit thousands of stars, I would! We went through an extremely difficult scabies outbreak that lasted several months. If you call COIT for your carpets to be cleaned you will be in good hands. My place of work has a rather large office space with commercial carpets throughout. COIT was amongst the leading competitors that service our area. We called and were able to schedule a consultation to have an estimate done. nate graf was just here and redid the carpet that someone else did . the carpet was so stiff and sticky but when nate finished the carpet and re did the kitchen tile floor it all looked like new thank you nate for a great job janie

So happy with the service I received from Coit carpet and upholstery cleaning service in Modest. They arrived on time and were super nice and professional. They had to remove my very large area rugs to take back to their shop for cleaning as I have wood floors and they were afraid of damaging my floors if left in place. the carpets were returned on time and in the best condition I have ever seen them in since they were first purchased. Derek Ortiz did such a great job! Such Friendly personnel & very professional. He not only walked me through the process again before starting but asked if there's any new concerns he can take care of.
