I had a Carpet with some stain that had been there for a few years even after sending them to be cleaned each year. This year to my surprise they came back completely stain free and looking brand new after Lauren worked her magic. Thanks, Lauren! And the rest of the team provided fast service with easy pickup and delivery. I'll definitely be returning!

Sharon H ...I requested Air Duct plus Dryer Vent cleaning...I was so extremely HAPPY with Ed(720)....My dryer vent was gross and he worked so hard to do a perfect job...I will be getting this done on a yearly basis....have had this done in the past and the time and detail that went into doing this was AMAZING! It is your best value to pay a bit more and get a A1 job!!

Earlier this summer I had a water line break in my home. My kids called in a panic to show me a stream of water cascading down our sliding glass door via Face Time. We had a master bath leak into our kitchen last week and our insurance company provided remediation for us through Superior. Jose and Daniel came out right away, comforted us, answered questions and were super professional. We felt confident. A quick turn around, problem solved and it didn't break the bank! I called to inquire about laundry vent cleaning. After getting much higher quotes from many others, we opted to go with COIT. After taking my info down, they wanted to schedule an appt for 4 days out and I told them that wouldn't work unfortunately. I use Coit for all my cleaning needs. Furniture upholstery and leather, drapes, rugs, tile and grout and soon my drier vent with great success. I have had the good fortune to have Milo Pailliotet several times. He exemplifies great customer service. He is professional, fast, personable and does a great job! He is the man!!!

My condo had a number of small stains in three different bedrooms from kitty throw-up, the last one occurring two days ago. I'd tried to clean them with over-the-counter pet cleaners, but the stains were still visible. Carlos, from Coit, arrived here this morning, and his cleaning job almost COMPLETELY erased those stains (one little one wouldn't completely come out), and some of them were probably 9-10 months old! Coit did right by me. I had another company scheduled and last minute they canceled on me, so I called Coit to give them a try. I am very happy with the results my carpet and tile never looked better. They are a bit on the pricey side, but I guess you get what you pay for. I will use them again.

Update 7/25/19: Leslie from Coit Corp., called and we had a great conversation about what happened. She apologized on behalf of Coit and the manager, Dan. She took care of everything so I am back to being a very happy customer. I will definitely use Coit to clean my carpets in the future! I have had Coit clean my carpets every spring for many years.
