We were immensely pleased with COIT's rug cleaning services. Our rugs, all of which are 20 years old at least, look like new! Colors brightened markedly and all spots removed. Personnel were excellent, too. Andrew was clear and honest in his appraisal and managed to get a big stain out of our rag rug right on the spot. Milo was prompt and courteous when he returned the rugs and helped set them down again. Thank you, COIT!

Though I was hesitant about going with Coit because of the reviews here, we've had an excellent experience with them so far. I had someone come out to give a number of estimates on various jobs. Milo was thorough and very honest. When it was clear they couldn't do our duct cleaning, he made a recommendation for another affordable and excellent service nearby. Coit stores our household furniture while we had water remediation additional work done. I was worried about getting all of our stuff back but when I called coit I was quickly scheduled a delivery date and Angie and Onix showed up right on time for delivery. These women rock!! They emptied the entire truck ( ALOT!!) by themselves with no breaks!! Angie and Onix were friendly and informative. They were very careful of my floors, new paint job and new carpeting. Professional, timely, thorough, and courteous. Came on time, did a great job, and charged what they estimated. 800s/f of bamboo hardwood and 300s/f of tile and grout cleaned and looking better than it has in 10 years! Bonus star for being on time.

I called COIT to come clean my air ducts. Our house is a bit over 1300 square feet and the free estimate and job itself took about an hour, hour and a half. the job was done quickly and efficiently and the guy worked around our family who was home. the only thing i wish he would have done before leaving was pick up the plastic covers he put over the vents after he cleaned the system out, as we had to run around after he left and pick them up before our one year old daughters tried to start picking them up. also he cut a piec... read more

Since the issue with our driveway and COIT I have to say we are pleased with the outcome. I've used Coit several times to clean my carpets and have been extremely satisfied every time. Their team is always on time, they work quickly, and they do a great job! Just got a $25 off my next cleaning in the mail today. I'm thinking about getting more stuff cleaned around my house. The couch. The air ducts. The curtains. Hmm. When it comes to carpet cleaning services in my own home, I only trust Coit, and highly recommend them.
