Our carpets have been around since the 80 - 90's. light colored and plenty of stairs. Coit got them all clean, even the stairs. I am amazed. and very happy. two years ago Stanley Steemer told me the stairs could not be cleaned as the carpet was too old. Guess Coit called their bluff !!

Like others I was a bit afraid after ready other reviews but I had already made the appointment well in advance before checking Yelp. I made my appointment 3 weeks out and I was advised via email that it was confirmed. I received a call the day before confirming the time. Andrew showed up right on time and was very friendly. I called for a same day appointment and they were very accommodating for such a quick request. Chris who showed up was prompt, courteous and very professional. I would recommend them to friends and family after the hard work Chris put in. Most importantly they were on time! Today hard work and being timely are rare to find with service companies. Coit/Chris showed that it's still possible.

Hi, I called Coit to come clean some of our marble - and unfortunately they no longer do stone honing. However, while David was out here I asked him for an estimate on cleaning the carpet in two rooms. He gave me a great quote and called and arranged for them to come the next day to clean. I have to admit that I almost did not call Coit as the other reviews were so bad. Called Coit to get a quote to get my air ducts cleaned, because they had a 40% off special running. Got an appointment for the next Saturday. They said someone would call me the day before to confirm the two hour window for Saturday, which they did - he'd be there Saturday sometime between noon and 2pm! He (Scott, the tech) showed up at 12:30 pm, right within the window! However, there was a discrepancy between what I was originally quoted, and what he said the job could be done for. I have had Coit cleaning my carpets for years. I have always been very happy with my carpets when they are done. However, today I had a frustrating experience. I did not receive a phone call prior to the day they were coming. I was not notified what time they would arrive. I had to call this morning 3 times to finally get a manager to call me back with a time someone would arrive. I waited all day long when I had asked for them to arrive between 9-10am. I was kind of scared after seeing all the negative reviews on this place. Our landlord recommended them and we booked a cleaning, though I was hesitant. Our carpets are pretty clean (no stains really) but the previous tenant, the landlord, lived there for 9 years and had little dogs - so the place smelled strongly of pet urine when we moved in. What an amazing job Sean did on our carpets. We have a 2 year old who has really been rough on our carpets and after Sean cleaned them they look almost new. He was on time, very fast and the price was great. I would highly recommend this company!!!!
