Constant Contact Pros and Cons I use Constant Contact to get the word out about events I'm facilitating, I've used it to produce periodic newsletters to keep my list engaged, the graphic abilities are awesome, they have a plethora of eye-catching, professional templates . Has simple features and very intuitive Pros Constant contact is very user friendly and anyone who has never built an email campaign can learn it fairly fast. It has decent features and isn't too expensive. Cons I wish there were more pre-made templates available.

This product has helped us generate $M is sales via our email campaigns. The CC platform helped us grow our business. Email with ease I have called them for customer support and they were prompt in their response time and very patient and helpful over the phone. Pros I am a novice at graphic design, but the templates in the constant contact menus made me look better than I am. Cons I would like to be able to change the templates easier. Drag and drop should be allowed in order to shift items, even if I'm using a template.

Cons Your emails end up looking like everyone else's because you are using the same templates. I would be great to be able to customize the templates mores.
